Cancellation Policy
📸 STUDIO POLICIES 1. Booking & Payment Policy All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking platform or directly with our team. A $70 deposit is required to secure your time slot and the balance is done on or before your session. Overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments and is subject to availability, please book multiple sessions ahead. 2. Guidelines Policy Please respect your booking time since these are mini sessions. Early arrivals may not be granted early access if another booking is ongoing. No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is permitted in or around the premises. No open flames, glitter, confetti, or powder products are allowed unless previously approved. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals or pre-approved for the shoot. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking.
